Jennifer Orange is a highly skilled mediator and adjudicator with a passion for finding solutions that work. A lawyer for over 20 years, she was recently a member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario where she mediated and adjudicated cases in the areas of discrimination and harassment. Jennifer understands the complex realities that impact how parties make decisions. She started her career on Bay Street and has litigated cases in civil, commercial, administrative and human rights law.
